Using Mirik

Mirik is a software product for demand analysis, outreach preparation, CRM workflows, and booking operations. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you upload, the decisions you make from the product output, and the communications you send through or because of Mirik.

Acceptable communications use

You must not use Mirik to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or non-consensual communications. That includes SMS or email sent without the permission required for your use case. If you use future SMS features, you are responsible for maintaining valid consent records, honoring opt-outs, and registering or configuring sender infrastructure such as Twilio, A2P 10DLC, toll-free verification, or other carrier requirements when applicable.

AI-generated content

Mirik may generate drafts, summaries, prioritization, or follow-up suggestions. Those outputs are assistive, not guarantees. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any final communication before it is sent, especially where factual accuracy, pricing, claims, or regulated content matters.

Service availability and third parties

Some Mirik features depend on third-party services such as hosting, database, email, calendar, or messaging vendors. Delivery speed, uptime, and channel availability can vary based on those providers, your account status with them, and compliance approvals outside Mirik's control.

Suspension and misuse

Access may be limited or suspended if Mirik is used in a way that creates operational, fraud, deliverability, or compliance risk. This includes repeated sending to opted-out recipients, use of unapproved sender infrastructure, or activity that could damage shared vendor accounts or violate carrier policies.

No legal advice

Mirik can help you store consent records and suppress future sends, but it does not replace legal review. You remain responsible for the laws, regulations, and platform rules that govern your communications program in the jurisdictions where you operate.
