How does Mirik know what will work for my business?

Do I need technical skills?

What channels does Mirik support?
Email sends directly from Mirik. WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, and SMS messages are written for you to copy and send from your own phone or accounts. LinkedIn and Facebook posts can be published from Mirik. Automated SMS — reminders and confirmations sent by Mirik — ships later.
How does the opportunity score work?
Three sub-scores — market, competition, and digital readiness — each with its reasoning written out. Nothing is a black box: if your score is low, you'll see exactly why.
I get most of my clients through Instagram — will this work for me?
Yes — add your website so the check has something to verify deeply. Instagram pages (and Google's own listing pages) limit what any tool can read from the outside; when that affects a finding, Mirik says so instead of guessing.
Can clients reschedule their own bookings?
Yes. Every confirmation and reminder includes a private link where clients can move their booking to another open time or cancel it, up to the notice you set. You get an email each time.
