What Mirik collects
Mirik stores the information you enter into the product, including account details, business information, prospect records, outreach drafts, booking details, and analytics needed to operate the app. That can include names, business names, email addresses, phone numbers, timezone preferences, outreach history, and booking notes.
How Mirik uses that information
We use your data to run demand analysis, generate outreach drafts, manage bookings, send operational emails, and prepare future communication channels such as SMS in a compliant way. We also use system logs and delivery metadata to troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
SMS consent and communications preferences
Mirik treats SMS consent separately from email. A prospect or customer should only be marked as SMS-eligible when you have a valid consent record for that person and message type. Opt-out requests must be honored promptly. Mirik stores consent state, consent source, and opt-out timestamps so future SMS sending can suppress recipients who should not be contacted.
Third-party processors
Mirik uses infrastructure providers to operate the product, including hosting, database, email, and future messaging vendors. Those providers process data only to the extent necessary to deliver the service. Examples in the current stack include Supabase, Vercel, Resend, and future Twilio messaging infrastructure.
Retention and access
We keep operational data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain audit history, and meet legitimate business or compliance needs. You are responsible for keeping your workspace data accurate, especially communication consent records. If you need account-level deletion or data-access support, contact the business operating your Mirik workspace.
Security and legal note
Mirik uses reasonable technical safeguards, but no internet service is perfectly secure. This policy is a product-level operational document, not legal advice. If you use Mirik for regulated communications, you remain responsible for making sure your outreach, consent collection, and retention practices satisfy the laws and rules that apply to your business.
